Dwayne is the primary pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, North Carolina. as a Board Member for Acts 29 Network he is Director for Pastoral Care. Dwayne has also a passion to train the next generation of Biblical counselors. He is part of the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online pieces as well as a co-author of Christ Centered biblical counseling, Transformation of Lives through God's Unchangeable Word (eds. Kelleman & Viars). Dwayne was married to Leslie. The couple has three children.
