Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25 of 1970) is an American actress, best known for portraying detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter respectively on NBC's Providence drama as well as The Resident's medical drama The Resident. Her breakout performance in the role of Eleni andros Cooper in the CBS soap series Guiding Light was also praised. 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians The Lightning Thief and Snitch are among her credits on film. The Wheel of Life is an autobiography by Elisabeth Kubler Ross. Vlas Parlapanides, the author of Immortals and is reportedly working with her on the film adaptation. She is also filming for an upcoming series called Gods & Heroes.
